Muffin Tin Monday-No Theme

It's been a LONG time since I've participated in Muffin Tin Monday, but my goal is to make lunch like this at least twice a month. We'll see. No theme this week, so I just put together some random stuff.

Finished jack-o-lantern: a "miley" face, nose, eyes and

eyebrows.

I know Halloween has come and gone, but since I didn't

make a muffin tin for Halloween, I snuck it in now.
