1. Most Saturdays Hattie and Randy make a run to Starbucks.
She usually gets a mini vanilla scone. 2. Time out for something.
3. I started sweeping the house, and both girls grabbed one of
their brooms and followed me around. I have a feeling that the
phase of "cleaning like Mommy" won't last forever. 4. After a
LONG morning, I took a time out for myself and went to a
used book store. I was able to find a few things. 5. When I came
home, I found Randy and the girls playing together in the backyard.
6. John and Jenny came over for the day. 7. Celie loved snuggling
with Jenny 8. Our dinner: flank steak, corn on the cob, mozzarella-
tomato salad, and fruit salad. 8. Our dessert: ice cream soup. We tried
to make homemade ice cream in our machine, but unfortunately it
wasn't cold enough. We are trying it again tonight.
