Butterflies
We wrapped up our insect theme this week with the transformation of our cocoons into butterflies. It was very exciting to wake up each morning and see a new butterfly in the tent. We let the 3 surviving ones out today ( 3 out of 5). I think they were ready to leave because as soon as I opened the tent, they took off. No goodbyes. No thanks for feeding us. Just outta here.

Grandpa and Grandma are very proud of Hattie. She is so smart and able to memorize a poem. We enjoyed all the pictures of Hattie, Cele and little Cole learning how mother nature works. Keep up the good work. Love Grandpa and Grandma
Thanks so much for sharing your poem, Hattie. You did such a good job of telling us all about the butterfly. We are proud of you and how much you have learned. We enjoy all the pictures of Hattie, Celie, and Cole.
love, Edith (Martha's sister)
You are all so amazing. Hattie, your poem is lovely, just like you. You three are learning so much. What fun days you have.
Love, Grammy and Mike
